Let us do the legwork for you by using our partnered venues to navigate you through the whole process of picking and choosing. We will help organise viewings and menu tastings and more importantly, help you make a reservation at the best price. Sometimes it’s not what you know but who you know!
Once we have helped you find the perfect venue for your event, we will even take 20% off our services for an Event Planner, Coordinator or Stylist should you require one.
How we make a difference
Finding the right venue
Once we have all the important details regarding your event including, the date of the event, desired location, number of guests, theme or style of the event and budget, we will present you with a few different options of venues that we know and trust. More importantly, we know which ones to avoid!
We will then contact the venues you have selected and:
Verify the availability and dates of the venues in your preferred location.
Discuss with Venues your preferred style, theme and expected number of guests.
Negotiate with Venue Managers to obtain a desirable price that aligns with your budget.
After confirming that the venues fulfill your requirements, we will coordinate with you to schedule a time and date for a walk-through of the venues and a Q&A session with the Venue Managers. Once you have chosen the ideal venue, we will negotiate on your behalf to ensure that you receive the best possible price.
We take the stress out of finding a venue by taking care of the whole process from start to finish and keep you well informed every step of the way!
